Please advise the customer to make a payment via our payments portal PremFina - The Digital Platform for Premium Finance. The payments portal can be accessed via our website, by clicking on the ‘Payments’ option. The customer will then be prompted to enter their agreement reference number and last name (or company name if it is a commercial business). Once the details have been entered, the customer will have the option to pay their arrears, or pay their agreement in full.
