Yes, you can NTU an agreement directly on the portal by clicking into the servicing menu on the customers agreement and selecting ‘Agreement NTU’.
An NTU can only be processed if:
- Only one instalment has been collected or
- Funding has not yet been released
Once ‘Submit’ is selected, the agreement will be cancelled. If a direct debit has been attempted, you will need to use the ‘Cancel loan’ option in the servicing menu of the customers agreement and select ‘Not taken up’ as the cancellation reason.
