PremFina takes its responsibilities around protecting customer data seriously, and from time-to-time (like many other financial organisations), we need to update our systems.

A small number of customers may see an error message when attempting to make a payment online, which is often due to outdated web browser software. In these situations, we always advise you to ensure you are using the most up to date browser or operating system on your computer or mobile device.

If you are not able to update your browser, you can make a payment over the telephone, by calling us using the details below. Lines are open Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm.

You will need to input your agreement reference when making a payment - this will be at the top of any correspondence received from PremFina and should start with a 0.

If your agreement has been cancelled, you will not be able to make a payment and will need to contact your insurance broker to discuss this further. Also, if we are currently processing a payment by Direct Debit, you may not see the amount that you wish to pay.   Please wait until the payment has fully cleared before trying again.
