Most commonly, we find that a small number of customers see an error message when attempting to make a payment online, which is often as a result of an outdated web browser. In these situations, we always advise you to ensure you are using the most up to date browser on your computer.

For customers wanting a more technical explanation, your web browser must support, and be enabled to use the Transport Layer Security (TLS) version 1.2 or above. Browsers that use version 1.0 or 1.1 will not be supported.
