Yes, it is important that you sign your credit agreement with us.


If you choose to pay for your policy by monthly instalments, you will enter into a Running Account Credit Agreement with us, and this regulated by the Consumer Credit Act 1974. It's important you read through this agreement along with any other information enclosed within your Welcome Letter.


Please sign a copy of your Credit Agreement and return it to us as soon as possible in one of the following ways:

  • The easiest way to sign your credit agreement is electronically. If we have a valid email address for your account, you will have received an email from us with a web-link and instructions on how to do this online. This process will only take you a few minutes.
  • Live chat with a member of our team using the contact us links below, where you can attach a digital version directly to the conversation.
  • Email a digital version (scanned or a clear photograph is acceptable) to us at customers@premfina.com.
  • Post a paper copy to us at PremFina, Tintagel House, 92 Albert Embankment, Vauxhall, London SE1 7TY. You should allow an additional five working days for us to process postal copies.


Please note that our approval of your credit agreement is subject to you passing credit and financial crime checks. We will contact you in the unlikely event that we have to withdraw the finance. 


We will also send reminders to you if we don’t receive a signed agreement to advise you this is still outstanding.
