Your monthly instalments may have changed for several reasons, including:
- A change to your insurance policy may have increased or decreased your premium. You would have been contacted by PremFina and your insurance broker in relation to this.
- If you have recently updated your bank details, your most recent payment date may have changed to allow us to complete the setup of your new details.
You will need to contact your insurance broker for any queries related to your policy as PremFina only administers your instalments. You can find their details on any correspondence we have sent you, as well as on any of your policy documents.
