There are a number of reasons why your monthly instalments may have changed, such as:

  • A change to your insurance policy may have increased or decreased your premium. We and your broker would have contacted you in this instance.
  • Your insurance broker may have applied a return premium to your payments.
  • If you have recently updated your bank details, your most recent payment date may have changed in order for us to complete the setup of the new mandate before attempting.

You will need to contact your insurance broker for any queries related to your policy as PremFina do not have access or control of it.
